• Illegal Substances and Paraphernalia: Prohibit advertisements for illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and other controlled substances.
• Endangered Species Products: Prohibit ads for products derived from endangered species.
• Hate Speech and Offensive Content: Prohibit ads containing hateful, violent, or offensive material.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Prohibit ads that infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Malicious Software: Prohibit advertisements distributing malware.
• Pyramid Schemes and Unethical Business Practices: Prohibit ads promoting pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other unethical business models.
• Unauthorized or Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals: Prohibit ads for unapproved health products, supplements, and online pharmacies.
• State Media: Prohibit ads from news media entities controlled by state authorities.
• Illegal Goods and Services: Prohibit advertisements for illegal or unauthorized goods and services.
• Unethical Business Practices: Prohibit ads involving unacceptable or unethical business practices.
• Sensitive Personal Data Misuse: Prohibit ads that misuse or irresponsibly handle sensitive personal data, especially health and children's data.
• Financial Scams and Fraudulent Investments: Prohibit ads promoting financial scams, fraudulent investment opportunities, or deceptive financial services.
• Illegal Gambling and Betting Services: Prohibit ads related to illegal gambling and betting services.
• Offensive, Inappropriate, Violent or Shocking Content: Prohibit ads that include offensive, inappropriate, violent, or shocking material, including hate speech, graphic violence, and discriminatory remarks.
• Controversial or Sensitive Subjects: Prohibit ads related to controversial and sensitive subjects, including religion and certain social issues, to maintain neutrality and respect for diverse audiences.

Advertisers are required to follow these guidelines when submitting advertisements to the Vistar Platform. If a potential breach is reported, Vistar will internally evaluate the advertisement in question. Vistar has the sole discretion to determine if an advertisement violates these guidelines and may choose to remove it from the platform accordingly.
