Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?

A: That it is constantly evolving and changing! There are always new challenges, like shifting focus to our self-service offering in 2018, and getting ready to onboard 2 international markets - Canada and UK this year.

Q: What is the best team event you’ve had?

A: The Vistar Holiday party. It was the first event where my entire team was in town at the same time, including Travis from LA. We had 4 hours of Excel training, followed by team Barry’s Bootcamp, and then went to the dinner party together. It was the perfect mix of training and education, wellness, plus a fun NYC night with great food and drinks!

Q: What's a fun fact about yourself?

A: I was born in Brazil and raised in New York. And while I love all things NYC, I’m a diehard Patriots fan.

Q: What's your favorite thing about New York?

A: That this island is the most eclectic city in the world. It’s a melting pot of all nationalities. Everyone is an individual. You can do anything you want at any time of the day or night.

Q: What motivates you?

A: Being around strong, independent, powerful women. So many of the leaders at Vistar are female, and that drew me to the company. The future is female!

Q: What is one thing you wish you would have known prior to joining Vistar?

A: That we get a wheel of brie delivered every week. It took me a few months to figure it out!
