Vistar Media, the leading global provider of technology solutions for out-of-home (OOH) media and part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, has announced three new appointments in Singapore as the company continues to expand its presence and support growing demand for programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) across Southeast Asia.The new hires come as Vistar Media builds momentum in the region, with growing appetite from brands and agencies for more sophisticated programmatic DOOH execution. The company is continuing to invest in local talent to support clients, strengthen strategic partnerships and help accelerate market adoption.
The appointments of Haravin K as Senior Business Director, Dawn Neca as Account Director and Tissany Tan as Account Executive strengthen Vistar Media’s team in Singapore, bringing together experience across programmatic advertising, adtech sales, client partnerships and cross-market campaign strategy.

Haravin K joins Vistar Media as Senior Business Director, Singapore, bringing more than a decade of experience in digital advertising and adtech sales. Most recently, he served as Sales Director for Southeast Asia at Ogury, where he led regional revenue growth and supported brands and agencies with privacy-first advertising solutions. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Publicis Media and Xaxis. In his new role, he will focus on expanding strategic partnerships, accelerating market adoption and helping brands and agencies unlock greater value through creative-led, data-driven DOOH campaigns.
Dawn Neca has been appointed Account Director, Singapore. She brings nearly a decade of experience in programmatic advertising, including roles at Amobee, iPinYou and The Trade Desk. Throughout her career, she has partnered with global brands and supported their expansion into international markets through data-driven omnichannel strategies. At Vistar Media, she will focus on helping brands and agencies unlock the full potential of DOOH within broader omnichannel campaigns.
Tissany Tan has joined Vistar Media as Account Executive, Singapore. In her role, she will support client partnerships and campaign delivery, helping brands and agencies unlock more value from pDOOH while contributing to Vistar Media’s continued growth in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
