How do you display the names of 11,000 customers on digital screens in their own neighborhoods? Knab tackled this ambitious challenge with precision planning and innovative creative solutions.
 

Digital screens operated in loops—most repeated every minute, though some had loops as long as three minutes. This variability dictated how many names could be displayed per screen and how many screens were needed daily to accommodate all 11,000 names.

Creative Solutions at Scale

The campaign’s scale also required flexibility in design. Screens varied in size and resolution, meaning each creative had to adapt not only to the name but also to the specifications of the screen. 

Customer Engagement

Knab invited customers via email and its website to opt in for the campaign. Once confirmed, customers received detailed information about the day, time, and location their name would appear.
