Vistar Launches Programmatic OOH Marketplace in Singapore

Vistar Media, the leading global provider of software for digital out-of-home, today announced the launch of full operations in Singapore. Buyers can now use the Vistar demand-side platform (DSP) to plan and purchase digital out-of-home (DOOH) media programmatically, using data-driven audience targeting to run campaigns via open exchange or private marketplace deals. 

Leading Vistar’s operations in Singapore is Franck Vidal, who joins the company as Director of Southeast Asia Sales & Partnerships. Vidal brings extensive experience in the out-of-home industry from both the agency and media owner perspective. Most recently, Vidal spent more than six years at Havas Group Asia Pacific, where he was Director of Adcity and responsible for location marketing, including DOOH planning, buying, trading and strategy across the region. Prior to Havas, Vidal was Regional Account Director at Kinetic Worldwide, following time as International Cross-Market Supervisor at JCDecaux. 

“Singapore is a mature market where DOOH now has a solid market share - and programmatic is the obvious and inevitable evolution of DOOH. It is more agile; more granular; more automated and more measurable. The Vistar DSP provides the most sophisticated targeting capabilities available in programmatic out-of-home today. Advertisers in Singapore can leverage Foursquare audiences to reach their target customers, or work with Vistar to define a custom behavioural segment. 

Vistar partners with the world’s leading out-of-home companies to bring their inventory into the programmatic marketplace. Inventory in Singapore is available today from Clear Channel Singapore, Captive Media Singapore and JCDecaux Singapore (via VIOOH’s SSP) , with more providers expected to be live in early 2022.
