Vistar Media, the leading global provider of technology solutions for out-of-home (OOH) media and part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, has announced the appointment of Josh Turney as Account Director, Demand, further strengthening its presence and commitment to New Zealand.
The expansion follows five consecutive years of strong growth for Vistar Media across the region, supported by continued investment from T-Mobile. The company is deepening its focus on New Zealand to meet rising demand for programmatic OOH and to provide agencies and brands with enhanced demand-side expertise.

Bringing more than 14 years of experience across both agency and media-owner environments, Turney joins Vistar Media from his previous role as Programmatic Channel Lead at oOh! Media New Zealand. In his new position, he will play a pivotal role in helping agencies and brands unlock the full potential of programmatic OOH, bringing Vistar’s market-leading technology and expertise to the forefront of every campaign. His appointment reinforces Vistar Media’s commitment to driving the ongoing evolution of the out-of-home industry."
